El arte tiene el poder de transformar mentes y cambiar sociedades. Va más allá de la creación de imágenes con cierto nivel estético; el arte es parte de nuestro desarrollo social, emocional y espiritual. La creatividad es un proceso innato del ser humano, todo lo que hacemos y a lo que nos enfrentamos como personas conlleva en su interior un proceso creativo. Si fomentamos la liberación creativa obtendremos como resultado una sociedad con una mejor madurez emocional. Redescubriendo y desarrollando las habilidades creativas de las personas visualizando el arte plástico como un medio de expresión y comunicación de su estado emocional se logra obtener gente con una mejor capacidad de expresión, sensación de libertad, capacidad de producción de nuevas ideas, apertura y flexibilidad; obteniendo como consecuencia una ventaja y facilidad para adaptarse a los cambios y a los retos de la vida.



Si enriquecemos el lenguaje plástico de las personas para que estas expandan su vocabulario creativo, obtendrán a su vez una herramienta adicional de expresión mas allá del lenguaje verbal. Muchas veces las personas no tienen los instrumentos o la capacidad de expresar sentimientos, pensamientos o ideas a través del lenguaje verbal, por lo que el arte es un medio de liberación no amenazante que usualmente va más de la mano con la forma de ver y sentir mundo, siendo así más fácil  para las personas identificarse y proyectarse a partir de ahí.



A través de la exploración libre/guiada de diferentes medios, técnicas y materiales plásticos se podrá desarrollar y estimular la sensibilidad de las personas. Si fomentamos un ambiente de motivación y estímulo hacia la creación, tendremos personas más íntegras, independientes y capaces de jugar alrededor de las estructuras sociales, de cuestionarlas y de cambiarlas hacia una mejor calidad de vida personal y por consecuente global.



Objetivos:

1. Fomentar la autoexpresión creadora de las/los participantes.
2. Estimular la creatividad de las/los participantes.
3. Promover conciencia e inspirar cambios a través de las artes visuales.
4. Utilizar las artes plásticas como un medio terapéutico abriendo canales de sanación, de exploración personal y como un medio alternativo de comunicación.



En el marco de los talleres de creatividad se desarrollarán talleres a la medida respondiendo a las diferentes necesidades de los grupos de usuarios. Cultura Verde propondrá un taller cada 2 meses en la Finca El Casquillo promoviendo la participación de josefinos y la comunidad de los Santos. Creativity Workshops



Art has the power to transform minds and change societies. It goes beyond the creation of images with a certain aesthetic level; art is part of our social development, both emotionally and spiritually. Creativity is an innate process of the human being; everything we do and what we know as involved people is, at its core, is a creative process. If we encourage creative liberation, the result is a society with more emotional maturity. Rediscovering and developing the creative skills of people through the visualization of the expressive art as a means of communicating one’s emotional state develops better expression, sense of freedom, capacity for production of new ideas, openness and flexibility, resulting in the ability to adapt to changes and the challenges of life.



If we enrich the expressive language of people so they expand their creative vocabulary, they receive an additional tool of expression beyond the verbal language. Many times people do not have the tools or the ability to express feelings, thoughts, or ideas through verbal language, so art is a non-threatening means that goes hand in hand with the way to see and feel world, thus becoming easier for people to identify now, and into the future.



Through the free exploration of different media, techniques and expressive materials we are able to develop and stimulate the sensitivity of the people. If we foster an environment of motivation and encouragement toward creation, we will have people more full, independent and able to explore social structures, of questioning and changing them to a better quality of life personally and globally.

4. Use the arts as a therapeutic means, opening healing of personal exploration and as an alternative channel of communication



Creativity workshops will be developed in response to the needs of different user groups. The Cutura Verde project will propose a workshop every two months in the El Casquillo farm, promoting the participation of folks from San José and communities in the Los Santos region.
