Proyección a la comunidad y alianzas
La razón de ser de esta iniciativa es llegar a funcionar como un pequeño centro de proyección de ideas y acciones para que aquellas personas de las comunidades locales que se interesen en aprender con nosotras, tengan más herramientas para definir y construir ellas mismas un futuro sostenible para ellas y sus familias.
Esta es una iniciativa privada y sabemos que somos un proyecto muy pequeño como para pretender tener un impacto directo en todas las comunidades vecinas, sin embargo, nuestra experiencia de vida nos ha enseñado que lo más importante es sembrar ideas y alianzas.

Luego las personas, con una visión más amplia de las posibilidades, fortalecidas en su propia creatividad y con el apoyo de otros, se motivarán a seguir innovando y generando otros espacios de crecimiento personal y social. Esta es nuestra visión de un efecto multiplicador que sà puede llegar a alcanzar y tocar la vida de muchas personas.

Por esto, nuestro planteamiento parte de compartir con los miembros de la comunidad, que estén interesados, nuestra forma de vida, nuestros conocimientos y nuestra experiencia por medio de cursos, talleres, trabajos terapéuticos y eventos culturales y sociales.

Pero este es solo el inicio, es levantar una bandera de colores para llamar la atención y decir que estamos acá y que queremos conocer quienes están también acá y qué visión tienen, qué necesitan y qué pueden aportar.

Luego, la estrategia del proyecto implica ayudar a los grupos de las comunidades a conformar sus propios proyectos de desarrollo y gestionar las alianzas privadas o institucionales necesarias para poder acompañar estos proyectos hasta la fase final, es decir, la gestión del vÃnculo con los usuarios finales de sus productos o servicios.

Queremos trabajar sobre todo con grupos de mujeres y jóvenes porque sabemos que son dos referentes sociales que no ven grandes oportunidades en el modelo de desarrollo cafetalero vigente en la zona, sin embargo, nuestra visión no es para nada excluyente y damos la bienvenida a los productores que tengan interés en diversificar sus actividades.
​Building community and alliances
The purpose of this initiative is to work as a small center for the collection and dissemination of ideas and actions for locals who are interested in learning with us, to provide them tools to define and build a sustainable future for themselves and their families.
This is a private initiative and although we are a very small project to try to have such direct impact in all the neighboring communities, our experience has shown that the most important thing is to sow ideas and form networks.
That's why our approach begins by sharing our knowledge and our experience with the members of the community who are interested in our way of life, through courses, workshops, therapeutic works and cultural and social events.
After sharing our expertise, we believe others, with a broader vision of the possibilities, strengthened in their own creativity and with the support of friends, will be motivated to continue to innovate and generate other methods of personal and social growth. This is our vision of a multiplier effect that can reach and touch the lives of many people.
But this is only the beginning. We are raising a flag to say that we are here and that we want to know others who share our vision. We are asking these others how we can help and what they can also contribute.
Then, the strategy of the project involves helping groups of communities to shape their own development projects and manage the private or institutional partnerships necessary to bring these projects to their final stage, i.e., the connection to the end users of their products or services.

We especially want to work with groups of women and young people because we know these two social groups do not benefit from opportunities in the coffee development model currently found in the Los Santos region; nevertheless, our vision is to welcome farmers who are interested in helping.
